All patients scheduled for appointments, whether by phone or video or in-person, will be charged full price regardless of the duration of the appointment. For example, if you are scheduled for a 30 minute consultation and spend any amount of time that is less than 30 minutes, then you are still responsible for the full price of this consultation.
